PICKETING AS A FORM OF COLLECTIVE ACTION OF WORKERS
SUMMARY
This text is dealing with the picketing as a form of a collective (industrial) action of workers (syndicate). The very idea and essential features of picketing are considered about in regard to organizer and participant place of its holding, way of conducting and targets of picketing. Special attention is paid to specific forms of picketing which appear in the Comparative Law (especially in USA, Great Britain and Canada) — informative picketing, organizational one and that one for the acknowledgement of negotiating rights, external picketing, picketing of dispute and secondary picketing. Finally, there is a question of eventual acknow ledgement of the picketing right in the Yugoslav labour right. A possible answering to the question brings to the context of the actual process of becoming private property of the social enterprises (non-legal supposition), protection of rights to property of private employers and necessity to take into consideration parallel legal decisions on picketing (collective right by which legitimate interests of workers and Syndicate are protected).
