This newspaper was published in Belgrade from 1915 to 1918. At first it was published twice a week and in 1916 from No. 33 it became a daily. The main goal of the newspaper was to establish contact between Serbian people and Austro-Hungarian occupation government. Regarding the fact that it was an occupation newspaper, it was printed in Latin. Wilhelm Ucher was an editor in chief for the first four volumes, followed byJuraj Orsic Slaveticki. In the last two years a Croatian writer Milan Ogrizovic was the editor in chief. The newspaper regularly wrote about events in the country and abroad. They often contained literary and scientific contributions covering domestic and foreign topics. Some editions contained special contributions such as Avala and the like.
