This is a monthly published in Belgrade from 1894 to 1899. From 1902 to 1915 it was published with a subtitle List za nauku, književnost i društveni život. Its publication violently stopped during the so-called “Saint John's Eve Assassination”, while its publication was suspended from June 1914 to March 1915 due to war. The journal was owned by the Radical Party. The official publisher was Aleksa M. Stanojević. The editors often changed: from Stojan M. Protić, Dragoljub M. Pavlović, over Ljuba Davidović and Rista J. Odavić to Lazar Marković. The last editions were published in Niš. The majority of contributions were in the field of literature, history and other social sciences. There were also book reviews. This journal continued the tradition of Otadžbina byVladan Đorđević. Even though this was a Radical Party journal it welcomed contributions of people with different opinion. Some of the associates were: Simo Matavulj, Branislav Nušić, Jaša M. Prodanović, Đorđe Stratimirović, Bogdan Popović, Janko Veselinović, Aleksa Šantić, Ivo Ćipiko, Vladislav Petković -Dis, Vladimir Ćorović, Aleksandar Belić, Nedeljko Divac, Josip Kosor, Sima Pandurović, Radoje Domanović, Branislav Petronijević and others.
