They are treated the following letter 's of exchange juridical contracts: emission of bill of exchange (fixed and optimal vital elements), endorsing, acceptation, aval, vital modification of letter of exchange, representation, presentation of letter of exchange, representation, presentation of letter of exchange, unhonoring by unacceptation or unpayment, regress, pwtest, notification and payment. The special parts are payd to loss of letter of exchange and to prescription.
