RTV Theory and Practice - Special Issue

Were not these impatient spirits told more than once that they were charging at windmills? Is it »pure idealism« and a mere fantasy to want to bring a far-distant future into existing practice? As always, however, the desire to transform the media of radio and television can be converted into satisfaction only through great creative effort. Let us hope that this column will at least be of some help. In opening this new column of our review we invite critics, radio and television workers, listeners and viewers and all those who wish to do so to express their opinions and offer suggestions for the improvement of radio and television programmes.
