THE PROTECTION OF WORKER’S PERSONALITY, PRIVACY AND DIGNITY IN THE LABOR LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA

Summary

This paper is dealing with the regulation of protection of worker’s privacy, personality and dignity in labour-law legislation of Republic of Slovenia. The paper is presenting the regulation of sexual and other molestations and mobbing that follows international documents and trends, while the court practice is only forming. The legislation is regulating the protection of worker's personal data, but this can’t be said for other views of protection of worker’s privacy. The answer on the question where are the borders for employer’s interference into the worker’s privacy (e.g. the supervision of usage of communication means by worker) will have to be found by court practice.
