ISABEL DE NAVERÄN (Bilbao, 1976) Currently a PhD candidate at the University of the Basque Country, she is writing her dissertation on cinema and new dance produced in Spain since the year 2000 - supported by the Education, Universities and Research Department of the Basque Government. She holds a BA in Visual Arts (University of the Basque Country) and belongs to the research group ARTEA (Performing and Action Arts) coordinated by professor José A. Sanchez. As a researcher she works for the VIRTUAL ARCHIVE OF PERFORMING ARTS http://artesescenicas.uclm. es/ a project which objective is to re-write the History of Performing Arts in Spain and Latin American countries on the last thirty years. She is member of the editing council of CAIRON. JOURNAL OF DANCE STUDIES (University of Alcala de Henares, Madrid) and co-editor of number 11th Body and Cinematography 2008. Since 2006 she collaborates as artist and as moderator of colloquiums at the festival IN-PRESENTABLE (La Casa Encendida, Madrid) curated by artist Juan Dominguez. TkH: WALKING THEORY was founded as researching theoretical-artistic group at the end of 2000 in Belgrade. Till 2002 it operated within the Centre for New Theatre and Dance, and since then as an independent NGO.TkH-centre for performing arts theory and practice. Main domain and objective of TkH platform is to encourage development and improvement of contemporary performing arts practices and their critical discourses in the local context, as well as to affirm these practices and discourses in wider, regional and international context. TkH platform's activities are realized through various theoretical and artistic programmes: TkH Journal for performing arts theory, educational programmes (PATS, s-o-s project, dramaturgical trainings THe FaMa), on-line platform (tkh-generator.net), artistic (Pro Tools) and theoretical manifestations (symposiums at Bitef), inter-disciplinary performances and other artworks in the country and abroad, as well as presentations and lectures by artists and theoreticians, first of all from the region. Besides, TkH platform is engaged in the field of cultural policy. It collaborates effectively with self-organized initiatives, groups, organizations, and platforms from Belgrade (Other Scene), Region (THe FaMa, Clubture's regional initiative), and wider (PAF - PerformingArtsForum), on empowering infrastructural and discursive potentials of independent cultural and artistic scenes. TkH group was founded by; BojanaCvejic,BojanDjordjev, Sinisa Hie, Jelena Novak, Ksenija Stevanovic, Misko Suvakovic, Jasna Velickovic, and Ana Vujanovic. .
