Cuitural and art programmes аге supported with two analysis. The same is with comedy programmes. Similar deficit exists in the researches referring to musical and some other kinds of programmes. This neglecting of the researches in the filed of cultural, art and entertainment programmes is rather serious, as these programmes аге the most interesting for the public. The own production of radio and television, particularly television, is not sufficient and, therefore, a lot of programmes аге being imporfed. Only films make more than a half of the cultural and art programmes of all Vugoslav RTV centres. However, the majority of films, series, and even TV plays, аге not of our prođuction and they do not show our living conditions. Therefore, the researches and analysis of these programmes would be very desirable. Мапу sociologists, even from the West Europe ; (Beltrand, Gans, Gerbner, Gross, etc.), think that we import the programmes which falsely show the class structure of the bourgeois society. The adherents of the bourgeois society try to bring the cuckoo’s eggs into the other nests with such programmes, skillfuDy abusing the power of TV media. However, the prograssive researches at the RTV centres in other small countries do what we do not do. Тћеу warn that the import of series which аге the products of commercialized entertainment industry, is very harmful. This industry, as the TV advertising business, is under the control of transnational companies. The researchers fight for the larger domestic TV production of such programmes, proving that cultural imperialism of transnational companies can endanger the nationality of peoples, particularly small ones. Researches in the social influence and efficiency of J' the programmes аге also badly supported in the : research fund of the departments dealing with the studies of programme. A small number of bibliographic entries shows their modest quantity. Their quality can be also discussed. We would expect that they are directed and worked out from the point of view of each media separately, or even from the point of view of some programme kinds. i The fact that the most of these researches were
