Наконец, с помощью таблиц выявляется возможная организация подсистемы информаций о кадрах в рамках какой-либо крупной организации и указывается на растущую необходимость полидисциплинированного привлечения специалистов: сьстема инженеров, функциональных аналитиков, психологов, юристов, экономистов и других работников в развитии системы информаций любой крупной организации. SUMMARY The informaion System and the development of personnel In the application of information, special attention should be given to research on personnel policy and the use of a developmental System or information so that data on personnel сап be collected, ordered, elaborated, used and memorized. On the basis of such data a personnel policy сап then be pursued on both the organizational and the social plane. In the present phase of development in Yugoslavia it is essential that relationships and connections be determined between individual parts of the System and functions in the Organization which are created by a developed System of information under conditions of self-management. In this respect we canot entirely rely on foreign expériences because our Organization is »horizontal« while elswhere in the world these expériences are prevailingly collected within the framework of »tall« hierarchical organisms. The différence in Organization requires the emergence of new forms for using information which are characteristic of self-management. Special attention should be paid to the dissémination of information: the use of data on personnel by any individual. This will reduce the effort of individuals to personalize organization and decrease the rigid pressure of organizations to socialize individuals. Three basic flows of information сап be differentiated: a sequential one towards specialized services for élaboration and sélection as well as the préparation of alternatives for decision-making; a vertical one towards different leadership levels for the sake of coordination, and finally a horizontal one towards ail employed for the sake of preparing them for the processes of decision-making on personnel policy of an enterprise or institution. It is necessary to point to the pragmatic side of information; its value. This is significant especially for the sake of incorporating Subsystems of information about personnel within the information System of a working Organization. Finally, the tables show the possible organization of information Subsystems on personnel within a larger organization, and point to the necessity of a larger multi-disciplinary engagement of specialists; a System of engineeres functional analysts, psychologists, jurists, economists and others in the development of the information System of any larger organization. RÉSUMÉ Le système d’information et le Développement des cadres Dans le domaine de l'application des informations l’attention est portée surtout sur l’étude de la politique de cadre et l'utilisation du système développé des informations, afin que les documents relatifs aux cadres puissent être recueilles, classés, élaborés, utilisés et interprétés. En se basant sur les documents classés relatifs aux cades il devient possible de diriger la politique de cadre tant sur le plan d'organisation que sur le plan social.
